This is a monthly prepaid subscription whereby the full amount for the order for the Product is taken on the 7th of each month.

If you wish to cancel you may cancel up to 5 days before the subscription is due to renew. You can do this in the Account area or contact us if you have any problems

When will my box be delivered?

Each months box is launched on the 7th. Boxes will start being dispatched from the 14th of each month and can take up to week 

You will receive an email update when Your box has been dispatched. Deliveries can be expected 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after the dispatch email is received.

Payments:

Your subscription will automatically renew for each month unless You cancel it and You hereby authorise us to charge you and take payment each month until such time as you have cancelled.  

How do I cancel?

In the event you wish to cancel your subscription, You must do so 5 days before the next payment charge month to avoid any charge and auto renewal otherwise Your order may still be processed. If it’s a bank holiday, You may need to cancel earlier.
