Truffle Making Workshop

2 hr session perfect for adults and children over 11.

The perfect get-together for you and your friends… a birthday, a hen party or even a works do!

We will show you step-by-step how to make the most indulgent chocolate truffles.

Learn chocolate techniques such as making the perfect ganache, piping skills, flavouring, filling, coating and decorating. You will also be able to create beautiful designs on your truffles using our transfer sheets.

Each participant will be able to pack their truffles into a beautiful presentation box to take home.

You will make approximately 20-25 truffles

Chocolate Shoe Workshop

2.5 – 3 hrs session perfect for adults

This workshop is the perfect pairing of your 2 favourite things – shoes and chocolate!!

Let your creativity flow whilst you design your perfect chocolate shoe. Using cocoa butter colouring and chocolate techniques you first will set your design onto a polycarbonate chocolate shoe mould. You will then fill your mould with chocolate and leave to set.

We will then move onto making chocolate truffles. Here you will learn how to make the perfect ganache to fill your truffles. These will set and can be decorated to fit in with the style chosen for your shoe.

Once everything has set they will be packaged for you to take home…. the question is will you eat it or give it as a gift!
